Janks provides tailored programmes to help you reach your goals. She’ll make sure that you feel like yourself again, and even stronger than you ever have been.
You will work together with Janks over a period of a few months to make sure that we reach your goals. This is the best way to get the most out of your training, and will include weekly check ins, habit tracking & discussion around lifestyle including mindfulness and nutrition. There will also be the option of working with a registered nutritionist, who works closely with Janks.
Janks takes the time to be flexible to your needs, as she is fully aware of how tricky it can be to juggle your own priorities with children. Bearing that in mind, there is the option of the training sessions taking place in person or online. We will discuss the options that work best for you during the initial consultation.
Janks has an accredited diploma from the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and she uses all evidence based techniques. She will be your personal cheerleader throughout your journey.
