Frequently asked questions

How long do I have to commit to Core Confidence?

The course is designed for 12 weeks, however you can carry on longer if you like! I know from experience that we don’t get lasting change or results form shorter courses which is why I ask you to commit to at least this time. 

How much is the programme?

If you pay up front, the total cost of the programme is £1350, there is an option to pay in 2 installments at the start and at 6 weeks at £725 or you can pay in 3 installments for £500.

I’m nervous about investing this much into my own health, is this normal?

If you weren’t thinking about this, then I would be surprised! I’m here to deeply commit to you, transform your life and get you long lasting results. An investment into your health can help change all aspects of your life and that’s what I want for you. 

How much time do I have to commit to the programme?

We have one longer deep dive session at the beginning of the programme, followed by 8 1:1 sessions. I ask that you commit 20-30 minutes reviewing my weekly video and you will be set daily challenges which only take 10-15 mins, or you can do more if you like! The aim is to make the programme fit around your life, rather than the other way round. 

Do I need any equipment?

Ideally I’d recommend having a gym mat, some small weights or resistance bands and a Pilates ball. If you don’t have these, they can be bought at cheap options which I can support you with or I can organise this for you with a small service fee.
